Robert C. Sheridan has been a practicing attorney for 28 years and has been has been a member of The Law Offices of Beverly A. Pekala since 1997. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Champaign, receiving his bachelor’s degree in architecture. In 1982, he received his law degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago-Kent College of Law.

Throughout his legal career, Bob Sheridan has been a litigator, having extensive trial experience both at the trial court and the appellate court level. He has served as trial counsel in cases within the State of Illinois, and has acted as trial counsel for cases tried in Texas, Mississippi, South Carolina, Indiana, Missouri and Tennessee.

Since becoming a member of The Law Offices of Beverly A. Pekala PC, Bob has been responsible for supervising and training attorneys and support staff. Not only does he have extensive experience and a proven track record as a litigator, he successfully negotiates out of court settlements and represents clients in arbitrations. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.

Melissa Schweitzer has been with The Law Offices of Beverly A. Pekala for more than 6 years. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and understanding in working with clients regarding a variety of matters is invaluable.
