Beverly Pekala has practiced law for over 25 years. She has always maintained her office in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois, blocks away from the Daley Center Courthouse. She guides the firm’s attorneys in advocating each client’s position through the mediation and negotiation of financially advantageous, tax-wise settlements and by litigating from the beginning of the case through trial. Beverly Pekala holds a post graduate degree (Masters of Law, LL.M.) in Taxation, an achievement reached by less than 1% of all practicing lawyers in the United States.
Throughout her career, Beverly Pekala has represented a vast array of clients in Chicago, Illinois, as well as DuPage County, Will County, Lake County, and the surrounding Illinois counties. She has acted as lead trial attorney in cases argued before the Illinois Trial Courts, in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois, and other Illinois counties, as well as the Illinois Appellate Court and the Illinois Supreme Court.
